Major Research Facilities Support
Program
A total of $365,140 is available for research units eligible
for the Research Facilities Support Program during FY04. Eligibility
for the funds will be restricted to those research units that
generate significant research indirect costs at a substantial
rate. The funds will be allocated to departments/research units
that generated at least $25,000 in research indirect costs at
a departmental/research unit rate of at least 26% during FY04
(Note: The formula used to distribute this program's funds is
subject to change at the discretion of the Vice President for
Research). The funds must be dedicated to operation, maintenance,
repair and replacement parts of major research instrumentation.
Funds will be available around the end of September 2004.
