The FEPP is open for screenings Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to Noon and from 1 PM to 3PM.

OU FEPP TRANSFER REGULATIONS


1. There is a $10.00 minimum on all transactions. If the actual total is less than $10.00, the charge will be $10.00.
2. Each visit with an acquisition will result in the generation of a transfer document. “Running tabs” are not allowed.
3. Items may be tagged and held for a maximum of three days. The item will become available to everyone on the fourth day.
4. A valid nine digit ACCOUNT NUMBER is required before a transaction may occur. If the account number is not written on the transfer form, the transaction will be rejected.
5. All transactions are final with all items “AS IS WHERE IS”.
6. Non working equipment items must be turned in to the University equipment and relocation services department (surplus), currently located on the corner of Flood and Tecumseh.
7. All items with an original acquisition cost (OAC) of $5000 or greater will be tagged by the OU EIRS department and will be added to your department’s accountable inventory.
8. Your price is determined by taking 3% of the received OAC.
9. All property is and shall forever remain University of Oklahoma property and is subject to all OU policies and procedures. IT IS NOT FOR PERSONAL USE!
10. Computers do not have operating systems (i.e. Windows). You must install your own.
