The Competitive College Investment Fund (CCIF)

Office of the Vice President for Research
    Norman and Tulsa Campuses

The Competitive College Investment Fund (CCIF) is a yearly internal funding program that provides up to one year of support to seed new initiatives in research and creative activity at the college and departmental levels and may be used to bring nascent efforts to greater levels of external competitiveness. CCIF funding is distributed competitively to colleges by the Office of the Vice President for Research, thus helping increase their direct involvement in research strategic planning. Proposals submitted to subsequent CCIF solicitations may seek to extend prior-year support for up to one year with appropriate justification. Proposals involving multiple colleges are strongly encouraged.

The CCIF request limit per proposal is $50,000 regardless of the number of colleges or departments involved. A cash matching commitment equal to 10% of the amount requested from the CCIF is required.
